Supporting the Delivery of 1,000 New Homes
As our investment programme grows, so too does our commitment to the communities that host our projects. In supporting the delivery of 1,000 new homes across the north of Scotland our housing strategy aims to enhance the benefits to these communities by providing effective worker accommodation solutions that, in turn provide legacy benefits.
By working collaboratively with local authorities, developers and delivery partners, we are helping to unlock long‑term benefits that support sustainable growth, strengthen local economies and create places where people can live and thrive.
Championing Local Prosperity Through the Highland Social Value Charter
As our investment programme grows, so does our commitment to ensuring local communities benefit from the projects we deliver. By becoming the first business to sign the Highland Social Value Charter, we’ve strengthened our pledge to support the region’s economy and maximise positive local impact.
Through this commitment, we’re committed to delivering a detailed set of benefits for Highland communities through our £22bn+ planned programme of investment to upgrade the electricity grid in the north of Scotland, helping to support jobs, skills and long‑term community resilience.
