Inverness-based social enterprise, Highland Blindcraft, won a major contract to provide 85, high-quality handcrafted mattresses for Balfour Beatty’s Glen Mor workers’ village near Fort Augustus.

The workers’ village will temporarily house workers delivering SSEN Transmission’s Skye Reinforcement Project. The initiative underlines efforts to deliver social value as part of major electricity transmission projects.
