On Tuesday 4 November we are holding an information event for our proposed Willowdale / Clayhills Grid Supply Point (GPS) Upgrade project. This event is designed to provide the public with more information on our plans for the upgrades to the existing Willowdale GSP and the decommissioning of the Clayhills GSP, ahead of submitting our planning application to Aberdeen City Council in early 2026.

Shetland 2 HVDC Link – Marine

A follow-up Shetland 2 HVDC Link consultation event will take place at Mossbank Public Hall to present more detailed information of the marine elements of the project. Building on the initial event held in June, this session will provide updated details on the proposed subsea cable routes and landfall options on Shetland, including how environmental and technical factors are being considered.
