    East Coast Local Community Benefit Fund

    The Drumoak Durris Warm Space has become a cornerstone of community support during the harsh winter months by offering a free, heated venue where residents can gather, socialise, and enjoy refreshments and entertainment.
  • Peterhead Sea Cadets Unit

    Eastern Green Link 2 Peterhead Local Fund

    The Peterhead Sea Cadets Unit has replaced its 25-year-old rigid inflatable safety boat (RIB) with a new Humber Destroyer 5.8M RIB. The essential upgrade maintains safety standards and ensures the continued delivery of high-quality waterborne training for young people.

    The Siblings Project - Perth Autism Support

    East coast local community benefit fund

    The Siblings Project, delivered by Perth Autism Support (PAS), received £4,091 from SSEN Transmission’s East Coast Local Community Benefit Fund to help children and young people with an autistic sibling. The project offers a safe space where siblings can share experiences, build friendships, and learn more about autism.

    Located on Moncreiffe Hill, near Bridge of Earn in Scotland, The Growspace Network have created a community growing space, aimed at supporting the community to connect with nature and learn new skills relating to growing their own food and flowers.

    Forget-Me-Not Club, Dementia Support

    East Coast Local Community Benefit Fund

    Forget-Me-Not Club provide dementia support for both those living with a dementia diagnosis and their carers. To benefit both the physical and mental wellbeing of those that they support, the organisation were looking to expand their group activity offering by introducing chair yoga.

  • The Haven

    East Coast Local Community Benefit Fund

    The Haven in Stonehaven delivered 32 weeks of in-person postnatal support. Sessions combined gentle yoga, baby massage, mindfulness circles, journalling, breastfeeding support and creative seasonal activities, all designed to nurture wellbeing and connection in a relaxed, welcoming space.
