Submitting Feedback Safely

When completing our online feedback or complaint form, please only include information that is relevant to your enquiry.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, such as bank details or financial data.

 

Ensuring Your Feedback Reaches the Right Team

To help us respond effectively, please be aware of the following:

  • SSEN Transmission is responsible for the electricity transmission network in the north of Scotland. We do not manage domestic electricity supply or local distribution networks.
  • We are unable to assist with domestic power issues such as:
    • Supply to your home
    • Metering
    • Electric vehicle charging
    • Voltage complaints (e.g. dim lighting)
  • For these types of issues, please call 105 to contact your local Distribution Network Operator.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the Energy Networks Association (ENA) website to find out who your local network operator is.
  • SSEN Transmission is not an energy supplier. We cannot assist with bills, payments, tariffs, or meters.
    (Please note: SSE Plc sold its domestic supply business to OVO Energy in January 2020.)
