Helping Your Feedback Reach the Right Team

We are responsible for the electricity transmission network in the north of Scotland.

SSEN Transmission is not an energy supplier, and we do not manage domestic electricity supply or local distribution networks and cannot assist with issues such as:

• Supply to your home
• Metering
• Electric vehicle charging
• Voltage complaints (e.g., dim lighting)
• Bills
• Payments
• Tariffs
• Meters

If you need to discuss any of these topics, please call 105 to contact your local Distribution Network Operator.

Please note: SSE Plc sold its domestic supply business to OVO Energy in January 2020.
