Emmock 400kV Substation: Tealing Event

We are pleased to be hosting a public event on our Kintore-Tealing 400kV projects.   

We are holding this face-to-face drop-in event to present the following:  

  • Alyth-Tealing and Tealing-Westfield OHL 400kV upgrade projects.  
  • Emmock 400kV substation. This is our second public Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) event on our proposed Emmock 400kV substation, following our initial events in March 2024 and feedback period which closed on 15 April 2024. 

We are holding this face-to-face event as part of the consultation for these projects. During the event you will have the opportunity to review maps, project material and meet with the project team.   

Following this event, we will be seeking final comments and feedback from members of the public, statutory consultees, and other key stakeholders regarding our proposals until the following:  

  • Alyth-Tealing and Tealing- Westfield OHL 400kV upgrade 18 July 2024.   
  • Emmock 400kV substation 17 July 2024.

If you are unable to attend the public event all the material that will be on display will be available to be downloaded from the project documents section on the above webpages.

Comments made to the applicant on the Alyth-Tealing and Tealing-Westfield overhead line 400kV upgrade projects are not representations to the Scottish Ministers and if the applicant submits an application there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the Scottish Ministers.
