Black Bridge Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) 2 event

Consultation (PAC) events for our proposals to replace the Black Bridge near Kilmorack, following our initial events in December and feedback period which closed on 13 January.

These proposals would provide a permanent access solution of our proposed largest permanent site plant and would significantly reduce traffic movements through Kiltarlity while also safeguarding ongoing access for other heavy vehicles to key parts of the community, maintaining an important local transport route for current and future generations.

During our face-to-face drop-in events you will be able to view our proposals and submit questions and comments to the project team.

The events wills be held on the following dates, times and locations:

Thursday 17 September, 12–2.30pm - Phipps Hall, Beauly, IV4 7EH

Thursday 17 September, 4–6.30pm - Kiltarlity Village Hall, IV4 7HH

We intend to submit our planning application in December 2026. We will continue to welcome final comments from members of the public, statutory consultees and other key stakeholders regarding our proposals until we submit our planning application.

We will continue to receive and consider feedback formally until Thursday 22 October 2026
